1. Services

Visainfo provides visa consultancy, document preparation assistance, and application submission services for Bangladeshi nationals. We act as an intermediary between clients and embassies/visa processing authorities.

2. No Guarantee of Approval

Visa approval is at the sole discretion of the relevant embassy or immigration authority. Visainfo cannot guarantee visa approval in any case. Our high approval rates reflect our expertise, not a guarantee of outcome.

3. Fees and Refunds

• Service fees are clearly communicated before any work begins.
• Embassy fees are non-refundable once submitted to the embassy.
• Our service charge is partially refundable in cases of visa rejection, subject to our refund policy.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of visa decision.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information and documents. Visainfo is not liable for rejection or legal consequences arising from false or misleading information provided by the client.

5. Limitation of Liability

Visainfo's liability is limited to the service fees paid by the client. We are not responsible for travel costs, hotel bookings, or other expenses incurred in anticipation of visa approval.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sylhet, Bangladesh.
